Covid-19 Cloud Customer Support and Operation.

At CloudForce HR, we are committed to providing our partners and customers with global, world-class support. Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to ensure you about working with us to assure continuity of business, some working process will have a little changes that could affect certain support channels in the coming days. However, 90.5 % of the work will be smooth and complete.

First, we want to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan, by implemented ” Working From Home Covid -19 ” which leverages our global network to ensure support will continue to be provided without interruption. 

We would like to ask for your cooperation on strictly communication with us through company emails, while office phone call is still available to access to all of our officers with VOIP re- direct to each staff member mobile phone but we want to make sure a good communication practice so it’s never left out by asking you to use email correspondents as the main key communication. 

Our business continuity plan takes many factors into consideration including how we serve customers from home location, product and customer segment. 

We have also tested our continuity plans to ensure business continuity while maintaining security compliance. See, our Workflow attached.
