Account Manager

Account Manager Reporting To:

Vice-President of Sales & Marketing

The role:

  • Promoting and selling CloudForce’s HR services and solutions to both multinational and Thai companies with a focus on sales leads generation, customer development and account management.
  • Growing the account base and volume of sales by coordinating with internal teams to implement marketing activities, handling sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered services.
  • Sales activities include prospecting, delivering product and service presentations, developing business proposals, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing business deals.

About you:

  • You are a results-oriented individual with a “hunter” type personality and able to develop new business at a fast pace.
  • At least two years of successful experience selling services and/or HR solutions directly to clients
  • Good at developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Good personality with strong communications, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Keen to work in a modern company with a high-paced work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Good spoken and written English skills
