Sales Administration / Customer Service Representative
Reporting To:

Vice-President of Sales & Marketing

The role:

This is a full-time role that may be also be done by a highly organised individual who can work at least 25 hours/week

  • Be the primary interface with customers to ensure delivery of and satisfaction with services provided and to followup on additional/upsell opportunities
  • Assist the Sales team in their interactions and data collection from clients, and ensure proper and effective communications are taking place between the company and clients
  • Setup and maintain relevant CSR processes and make sure that all customer-related information is updated in the company’s CRM application
  • Assist with completion and processing of relevant paper work as well as coordinating with the Finance department to followup on outstanding collections
  • Work with other team members and departments to support sales and marketing activities such as customer surveys, competitive studies, on study with marketing, etc.

About you:

  • A customer-service focused individual who enjoys working with clients and who is able to work well with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction with delivered services
  • At least four years selling working in sales administration and/or customer service roles
  • Good at maintaining relationships with customers
  • Good personality with strong communications and negotiation skills
  • Keen to work in a modern company with a high-paced work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Good spoken and written English skills are required
